जोधपुर। अतिवृष्टि और बाढ के दौरान संकटग्रस्त इलाकों में जिला एवं पुलिस प्रशासन का सही तालमेल हो तो वायुसेना के जवान हर विकट परिस्थिति में भी सहायता पहुंचा सकते हैं। वायुसेना के पायलट 'चेतक' और 'एमआई-17' हेलिकॉप्टर के माध्यम से सबसे पहले मानव जीवन बचाने का प्रयास करते हैं।
वायुसेना स्टेशन जोधपुर की ओर से दक्षिण-पश्चिम वायु कमान मुख्यालय पर मंगलवार को नागरिक प्रशासन के अधिकारियों के लिए राहत एवं बचाव ऑपरेशन के लिए कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इसमें विभिन्न जिलों से आए अधिकारियों को बताया गया कि वायुसेना के साथ मिलकर आपदा की स्थिति में किस प्रकार जान-माल की रक्षा की जा सकती है। विंग कमांडर डी. गांगुली ने कार्यशाला के महत्व को रेखांकित किया।
इसके बाद स्क्वाड्रन लीडर वीके जोशी ने स्लाइड शो के जरिए बताया कि संकट के समय किस प्रकार वायुसेना से सम्पर्क किया जाए और बचाव कार्य के दौरान लेंडिंग एरिया में क्या-क्या आवश्यकता होती है। चीफ ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर ग्रुप कैप्टेन एस.सी. डिसूजा ने उद्बोधन कहा कि जिला एवं पुलिस प्रशासन के साथ बेहतर तालमेल हो तो समय पर मदद पहुंचाई जा सकती है।
24 लोगों को ले जा सकता है 'एमआई-17'
श्री जोशी ने 'एमआई-17' हेलिकॉप्टर के बारे में बताया कि इसमें एक साथ 24 लोगों को ले जाया जा सकता है। इसमें करीब 4000 किलो सामग्री ढोने की क्षमता है। विंचिंग उपकरण के माध्यम से यह एयरक्राफ्ट एक बार में एक व्यक्ति को ऊपर खींच सकता है।

महापौर ने जेडीए अफसरों को आंख दिखाते हुए कहा है कि वे क्षेत्राधिकार का ख्याल रखें। इधर जेडीए आयुक्त रवि जैन ने कहा कि मैने महापौर व सीईओ से बातचीत कर रखी थी। इधर महापौर ने कहा कि दीवार तय नक्शे के अनुसार नहीं बन रही थी। जब आयुक्त को दीवार ध्वस्त होने की खबर लगी तो बोले, जो कुछ करना है, बुधवार को तय करेंगे।

जोधपुर. चौहाबो स्थित एक डिपार्टमेंटल स्टोर के निकट सोमवार देर रात कहासुनी के बाद कुछ युवकों ने एक युवक पर फायर कर दिया। पुलिस फायरिंग की घटना को संदिग्ध मान रही है। प्रताप नगर थाने में दोनों पक्षों की ओर से मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया गया है। पाल लिंक रोड स्थित राजीव गांधी कॉलोनी निवासी नासिर ने चौहाबो थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई कि उसके भाई रियाज पुत्र न्याज मोहम्मद अब्बासी की राजीव गांधी कॉलोनी में मोबाइल शॉप है।
सोमवार रात करीब नौ बजे राहुल, सांवर, राजू, मोहसिन व रवि के साथ एक अन्य युवक वहां आया। मोबाइल रि-चार्ज की बात को लेकर इन युवकों की रियाज से कहासुनी हो गई। उस समय तो सभी युवक वहां से चले गए, लेकिन रात करीब साढ़े बारह बजे रियाज को इन युवकों ने सालासर हैंडलूम के पीछे की ओर घेर लिया और उसके साथ मारपीट की।
राहुल व राजू के हाथ में पिस्तौल थी और उन्होंने रियाज के पैर पर फायर कर उसे घायल कर दिया। सूचना मिलने पर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने आरोपियों की तलाश शुरू की। घायल रियाज का एमडीएम अस्पताल में मेडिकल करवाया गया है। पुलिस का कहना है कि रियाज के बताए इलाके में की गई तफ्तीश में फायरिंग की पुष्टि नहीं हो पाई है। रियाज की मेडिकल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही इसका खुलासा हो पाएगा।

पांचों बंदियों में चौहटन तहसील की समेजों की ढाणी निवासी बीजाराम मेघवाल, रामसनी गांव निवासी अनवर व कोजा खान उर्फ सुमार खान और आरबी का गफन निवासी मीरू खान व इसराराम की लाहौर के लखपत जेल से रिहाई होने पर उन्हें बुधवार सुबह वाघा बार्डर पर बीएसएफ को सौंप दिया जाएगा। इनके साथ ही जैसलमेर के मोहनगढ़ निवासी जमालुद्दीन को भी बीएसएफ को सौंपा जाएगा। बाड़मेर सांसद हरीश चौधरी उनकी अगवानी के लिए वाघा बार्डर पहुंचेंगे।
चार साल पहले पूरी हो गई सजा : बॉर्डर पर बकरियां चराते या लकड़ी चुनते अनवर, बीजाराम, कोजाराम, मीरूखान, इसराराम व भीखसिंह 12-13 साल पूर्व गलती से पाकिस्तानी सीमा में चले गए थे और पकड़े गए। उनमंे से बीजाराम, कोजाराम, अनवर, इसरारम व मीरूखान की सजा चार साल पहले पूरी हो चुकी है।

विकलांग युवती को अगवा कर किया सामूहिक दुष्कर्म(Disabled woman was kidnapped mass rape)
जोधपुर/बिलाडा । बिलाडा क्षेत्र में कार में सवार दो व्यक्तियों ने गत सप्ताह कार में अपहरण करने के बाद पैरों से विकलांग एक युवती से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म कर दिया। पीडिता ने मंगलवार को बिलाडा थाने में दोनों युवकों के खिलाफ बलात्कार का मामला दर्ज कराया। पुलिस ने देर रात दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
थाना प्रभारी भंवरलाल सीरवी के अनुसार बिलाडा क्षेत्र के एक गांव की 19 वर्षीय युवती दोनों पैर से विकलांग हैं। हाल ही उसने सैकण्डरी की परीक्षा दी। करीब एक पखवाडे पूर्व मोबाइल कम्पनी के कॉल सेन्टर पर कार्य करने वाले कुचेरा (नागौर) निवासी रामरतन जाट ने युवती के मोबाइल पर फोन कर बायोडाटा मांगा। इस पर युवती ने युवक से कहा कि मोबाइल उसके मामा के पुत्र के नाम है और उसके लौटने पर बात करवा देगी। युवती ने आरोप लगाया कि मना करने के बावजूद आरोपी ने बातों में उलझाकर घर के बारे में जानकारी ले ली। इसके बाद आरोपी ने 3-4 मर्तबा और फोन किए।
गत 14 जून की रात आरोपी कार लेकर युवती के घर बाहर आया और एक बार फिर फोन किया। इस पर युवती दरवाजा खोलकर बाहर आई, जहां कार के पास आरोपी व ताऊसर (नागौर) निवासी जीतमल माली खडे थे। युवती कुछ समझ पाती उससे पहले ही वे मुंह बन्द कर उसे जबरदस्ती कार में डाल मुरकासनी गांव की तरफ ले गए।
आरोपियों ने सूने मार्ग पर कार रोक दी और फिर रामरतन व उसके साथी जीतमल ने दुष्कर्म किया। इसके बाद जान से मार देने की धमकी देते हुए दोनों आरोपी उसके घर के बाहर छोडकर भाग गए। उसने अपनी मां को घटना की जानकारी दी। ट्रक चलाने वाले उसके मामा के गांव लौटने पर पीडिता ने मंगलवार को दोनों के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज कराया। पुलिस ने रामरतन व जीतमल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
