सालावास तेल डिपो में आग(Ssalavasa oil depot fire)

जोधपुर. सालावास क्षेत्र में स्थित हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम के तेल डिपो में शनिवार शाम करीब सवा चार बजे पेट्रोल भरते समय दो टैंकरों में आग लग गई। सूत्रों के अनुसार दोनों टैंकरों में पेट्रोल भरा जा चुका था और इनके वाल्व में लीकेज होने से आग लगी थी। गनीमत रही कि समय रहते इस आग पर काबू पा लिया गया, अन्यथा बड़ा हादसा हो जाता। जहां आग लगी, उसके आसपास आईओसी व बीपीसी के तेल डिपो हैं।

फायर ऑफिसर हरीश थानवी ने बताया कि सालावास स्थित एचपी के तेल डिपो में आग की सूचना पर बासनी, शास्त्री नगर, नागौरी गेट व सिविल डिफेंस की गाड़ियों को रवाना किया गया। बासनी से मौके पर दमकलों के पहुंचने तक डिपो के कर्मचारियों ने आग पर काबू पा लिया था। जानकारी के अनुसार दोनों टैंकर में पेट्रोल भरा जा चुका था और इनके वाल्व में लीकेज था। इससे टपकती पेट्रोल की बूंदों में अचानक आग लग गई। यह चिंगारी कहां से और कैसे उठी, इसके कारणों का पता लगाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। दूसरी तरफ हादसे के बाद कंपनी के अधिकारियों ने फोन उठाने ही बंद कर दिए।

बाल-बाल बचे भयावह हादसे से

सालावास स्थित हिन्दुस्तान पेट्रोलियम के डिपो में शनिवार शाम चार बजे लगी आग बुझाने में तो ज्यादा समय नहीं लगा, लेकिन इस हादसे ने शहर की नींद उड़ा दी है। यह जानने के बाद भी, कि एक छोटी सी चिनगारी से हजारों लोगों की जान खतरे में पड़ सकती है, पेट्रोलियम कंपनियों के अधिकारियों की नींद उड़ने का नाम नहीं ले रही है। यहां तक कि इस हादसे की जिम्मेदारी से बचने के लिए अधिकारियों ने अपने फोन तक बंद कर दिए।

सुरक्षा में सुराख से बेखबर प्रबंधन

इसका प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण शनिवार को देखने को मिला। कंपनी अधिकारियों ने लूणी एसडीएम को बताया कि टैंकर में तेल भरते समय नोजल में लीकेज हो रहा था। इसके लिए लीक हो रहे स्थान के नीचे एक बाल्टी रखी गई थी। यह बाल्टी हटाते समय अज्ञात कारणों से एक चिनगारी उछली और आग भभक उठी। पास में खड़े दूसरे टैंकर में भी आग लग गई। एक साथ दो टैंकरों में आग लगना यहां के सुरक्षा इंतजामों पर सवालिया निशान लगा रहा है।

इग्निशन ऑफ हो

एचडी डिपो में खड़े टैंकर में आग भभकने के बारे में भास्कर टीम ने इस क्षेत्र से जुड़े विशेषज्ञों से बात की तो कई चौंकाने वाली बातें सामने आई। इनका कहना है कि किसी भी ईंधन वाले टैंकर को अर्थिग से जोड़ना आवश्यक है। उस टैंकर के मेन इग्निशन की चाबी भी ऑफ होनी चाहिए। इग्निशन ऑन होने की सूरत में भी बैटरी से चिनगारी या करंट निकल सकता है और उड़ते पेट्रोल की भाप आग लगने का कारण बन सकती है।

हर समय रहता है एक लाख लीटर ईंधन

एचपी डिपो के आसपास आईओसी व बीपीसी के तेल डिपो भी हैं। इन तीनों डिपो में औसतन एक लाख लीटर से अधिक ईंधन हर वक्त स्टॉक में रहता है। इसमें आईओसी डिपो में 40 हजार, बीपीसी व एचपी में 30-30 हजार लीटर ईंधन रहता है।
