ओवरटेक के मामूली विवाद में हुई हत्या(Owarataka minor controversy occurred in the killing)

जोधपुर। शहर में शनिवार की रात शास्त्री सर्किल पर एक युवक की चाकू घोंप कर की गई हत्या के पीछे मोटरसाइकिल के कार को ओवरटेक करने के मामूली विवाद की बात सामने आई है। रविवार को पुलिस पुलिस के हत्थे चढे सात युवकों व दो बाल अपचारियों ने पूछताछ में यह खुलासा किया है। आरोपियों में तीन इंजीनियरिंग और तीन 12वीं के छात्र हैैं जबकि दो व्यवसायी हैं।

पुलिस अधीक्षक (शहर) महेश गोयल ने बताया कि बलदेव नगर निवासी सुनील भाटी (25) पुत्र भंवरलाल की हत्या के मामले में संदिग्धों से की गई पूछताछ में मिले सुराग के आधार पर वृत्ताधिकारी (पश्चिम) नरपतसिंह व प्रशिक्षु आईपीएस हरेन्द्र कुमार ने कमला नेहरू नगर सेक्टर बी निवासी कुणाल (20) पुत्र लालसिंह, माणक चौक नयाबास निवासी अर्जुन (21) पुत्र नन्दकिशोर प्रजापत, कुम्हारों का बास नई सडक निवासी रवि (22) पुत्र विष्णुचंद प्रजापत, पाल रोड अमृत नगर निवासी दानिश काजी (21) पुत्र एजाज अहमद काजी और मूलत: मुम्बई में मलार हाल शास्त्रीनगर सेक्टर बी निवासी उपेन्द्र सिंह (20) पुत्र देवेन्द्र सिंह सिसोदिया को गिरफ्तार किया जबकि रामेश्वर नगर बासनी व सरदारपुरा 7वीं डी रोड निवासी दो बाल अपचारियों को भी पुलिस संरक्षण में लिया गया। गोयल के अनुसार मुख्य आरोपी जालप मोहल्ला निवासी बलदेव पुत्र अजीत पुरोहित की तलाश जारी है।

मामूली झगडे में कर दी हत्या
एएसपी राजेश सिंह ने बताया कि उपेन्द्र के जन्म दिन के उपलक्ष्य में चौपासनी रोड स्थित निराली ढाणी में आयोजित पार्टी से शरीक होकर ये लोग शनिवार रात करीब साढे बारह बजे लौट रहे थे। बलदेव, कुणाल व एक बाल अपचारी मोटरसाइकिल पर और पांच जने दानिश की कार में थे। उधर, एक होटल में खाना खाने के बाद सुनील अपने दोस्त अबरार, दिलीप, राहुल व दीपक के साथ दो मोटरसाइकिल पर शास्त्री सर्किल जा रहे थे।

पाल रोड पर दानिश की कार ने सुनील की मोटरसाइकिल को ओवरटेक किया। इस पर सुनील ने भी रफ्तार बढाई और कार के बराबर आ गया। कार चालक का अपशब्द कहना सुनील को नागवारा लगा और उसने पीछा कर शास्त्रीनगर बी सेक्टर में कार रूकवा दी और दोनों पक्ष झगडने लगे। तभी पीछे से मोटरसाइकिल पर आए बलदेव, कुणाल व अक्षय के चाकू निकालने पर सुनील भागने लगा, लेकिन हमलावरों ने सर्किल के सामने एक होटल के बाहर उसे पकड लिया और तीनों ने सुनील के सीने व गले में चाकू से 4-5 वार कर दिए, जिससे उसकी वहीं मौत हो गई।

तब तक बलदेव, कुणाल व अक्षय के कार में सवार साथी भी मौके पर आ गए और सुनील के साथी दिलीप व अबरार वहां पहुंचे तो कार से बेस बॉल का बैट निकाल कर अबरार पर भरपूर वार कर फरार हो गए। दिलीप की रिपोर्ट पर शनिवार देर रात हत्या का मामला दर्ज पुलिस हरकत में आई और रविवार को वारदात का खुलासा कर दिया।
