छह लाख की शराब के साथ एक गिरफ्तार(An arrest of six million with alcohol)

जोधपुर. शहर के निकटवर्ती कस्बे पीपाड़ में आबकारी दल ने शुक्रवार देर रात कार्रवाई कर एक ट्रक में भरी शराब की 305 पेटी जब्त की है। इस सिलसिले में पुलिस ने एक युवक को गिरफ्तार किया है।

आबकारी थानाधिकारी जब्बरसिंह ने बताया कि मुखबिर की सूचना के आधार पर टीम ने देर रात पीपाड़ के आसपास नाकाबंदी की। इसी दरम्यान जानकारी मिली कि कस्बे के निकट जंगल में एक ट्रक में भरी शराब की पेटियां एक बोलेरो व पिकअप में रखी जा रही हैं। वहां पहुंचे दल को देख बोलेरो व पिकअप के चालक गाड़ी सहित वहां से भाग निकले।

दल ने यहां नागौर निवासी बजरंगसिंह को गिरफ्तार कर ट्रक जब्त कर लिया। इस ट्रक में चंडीगढ़ निर्मित अंग्रेजी शराब के 305 कार्टन मिले। आरोपी के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है और उसके साथियों की तलाश की जा रही है।
