एटीएम से रूपए उडाए, गिरफ्तार(Udac money from an ATM, arrested)

जोधपुर। एटीएम मशीनों में छेडछाड कर दूसरों के खातों से राशि निकालने वाले अन्तरराज्यीय गिरोह का पर्दाफाश करते हुए सदर बाजार थाना पुलिस ने शनिवार को एक युवक को गिरफ्तार किया। तीन अन्य की तलाश जारी है। आरोपी ने जोधपुर के अतिरिक्त पाली, जयपुर व अन्य राज्यों में अनेक वारदातें स्वीकारी है।

पुलिस अधीक्षक (शहर) महेश गोयल के अनुसार 31 मई को नई सडक स्थित एसबीबीजे के एटीएम से सोजती गेट के अंदर थलियों का बास निवासी सत्यदेव सांखला के खाते से चालीस हजार रूपए किसी ने निकाल लिए थे। उसकी शिकायत पर बैंक द्वारा सीसीटीवी कैमरे की जांच में 31 मई की अल-सुबह नई सडक स्थित एसबीबीजे के एटीएम व 2 जून की अल-सुबह शास्त्रीनगर के एटीएम में चार संदिग्ध युवकों के मशीन से छेडछाड का पता चला। इनमें से एक ने एटीएम कार्ड से अपने खाते का शेष भी पता किया।

इसी सुराग से थाना प्रभारी कमलसिंह ने कार्ड व खाते की विस्तृत जानकारी जुटाई तो सुमेरपुर निवासी छोगाराम कुमावत का नाम सामने आया। पुलिस ने सुमेरपुर स्थित एसबीआई शाखा से उसका पता व फोटो हासिल कर सीसीटीवी कैमरे में सामने आए युवकों से मिलान किया। छोगाराम के एटीएम में मौजूद होने की पुष्टि हो गई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने सुमेरपुर कुम्हारों का बास रामदेव मंदिर के पास निवासी छोगाराम उर्फ विजय (34) पुत्र रूपाराम कुमावत को गिरप्तार कर लिया। यहां पूछताछ में उसने गया (बिहार) जिले के कोथार गांव निवासी पंकज तथा उसके रिश्तेदारों सत्येन्द्र व शैलेष के साथ 31 मई को जोधपुर में एटीएम से 40 हजार रूपए निकालना स्वीकारा।

बिना चौकीदार के एटीएम में वारदात
आरोपी बिना सुरक्षा गार्ड के संचालित होने वाले एसबीआई व एसबीबीजे के एटीएम को ही निशाना बनाते थे। इन्होंने 30 मई से 3 जून तक मण्डोर आरएसी व शास्त्रीनगर एसबीबीजे आंचलिक कार्यालय में लगे एटीएम में वारदात का प्रयास व पाली के राजेन्द्र टॉकीज के पास एवं जयपुर के कुछ एटीएम और 1 जून को यहां घूमर टूरिस्ट बंगला स्थित एटीएम से दस हजार रूपए निकालना कबूल किया। टूरिस्ट बंगले के एटीएम में वारदात के दौरान इनकी एक ग्राहक से हाथापाई भी हुई थी।
