जोधपुर। पांच साल तक की वकालत वाले युवा अधिवक्ताओं के लिए बार काउंसिल की ओर से आयोज्य सतत विधि शिक्षा प्रशिक्षण शिविर की अवधि आखिर घटानी ही पडी। काउंसिल ने वकीलों की ज्यादा संख्या को देखते हुए अब दो बैच में तीन-तीन दिन शिविर आयोजित करने का फैसला किया है।

ऎसे में छह दिन के आवासीय शिविर में आधे वकीलों को 25 से 27 जून के शुरूआती तीन दिन तथा शेष अधिवक्ताओं को 28 से 30 जून तक प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। यह संभवत: पहला मौका है, जब बार काउंसिल को संभागियों की अधिक संख्या के कारण ऎन वक्त पर यह निर्णय करना पडा है।

व्यवस्था की समस्या

जानकारों के मुताबिक संभागियों की संख्या ज्यादा होने से शिविर की व्यवस्थाएं जुटा पाना बार काउंसिल और एनएलयू के लिए मुश्किल हो रहा था। छह दिन तक एक साथ तीन सौ संभागियों के आवास और भोजन आदि की व्यवस्था कर पाने में एनएलयू ने भी असमर्थता जता दी थी।

छंटनी कर किए फोन

बार काउंसिल ने दोनों चरणों के लिए आधे-आधे वकीलों की छंटनी कर उन्हें टेलीफोन के जरिए सूचना भेजी है। संभागियों को पत्र भी भेज दिए गए हैं। इसके अलावा पहले और दूसरे बैच के संभागियों की सूची बार काउंसिल की वेबसाइट पर भी जारी की गई है।

नहीं मिलेगा पूरा लाभ

अवधि घटने से अब संभागियों को सभी विषयों के व्याख्यान सुनने का अवसर नहीं मिल पाएगा। जो विषय विशेषज्ञ पहले बैच में पढाएंगे, वे दूसरे में शामिल नहीं होंगे। ऎसे में फोरेंसिक साइंस और चिकित्सकीय न्यायशास्त्र जैसे कई विषयों से आधे वकील रूबरू नहीं हो पाएंगे।

वहीं दूसरे बैच के अधिवक्ता फिगर पिं्रट और लैंगिक अपराध जैसे विषय नहीं पढ पाएंगे। शिविर में एनएलयू के व्याख्याताओं के अलावा उ"ा न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश, अधिवक्ता व चिकित्सकों सहित अन्य विषय विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षण देंगे।
