जोधपुर. डॉ. एसएन मेडिकल कॉलेज के कार्डियोलॉजी विभाग के विशेषज्ञ डॉ. विनीत जैन का तबादला अजमेर करने का खामियाजा गुरुवार को महात्मा गांधी अस्पताल के सुपरस्पेशियालिटी आउटडोर में परामर्श लेने आए हृदय रोगियों को उठाना पड़ा। जैन के नहीं होने से ओपीडी का संचालन प्रभावित हुआ।

इस दौरान अस्पताल आए मेडिकल कॉलेज प्राचार्य डॉ. आरके आसेरी व अधीक्षक डॉ. एमके चौहान को लोगों के गुस्से का सामना करना पड़ा। मरीजों ने प्रबंधन को खरी-खरी सुनाई। बाद में ओपीडी में एक मेडिसिन के सहायक आचार्य को बिठाकर मामला लोगों का गुस्सा शांत किया गया। लेकिन तब तक नियमित रूप से अस्पताल आने वाले हृदय रोगी वहां से चले गए।

अजमेर मेडिकल कॉलेज के कार्डियोलॉजी विभाग का एमसीआई निरीक्षण करने आई थी। ऐसे में वहां सहआचार्य की उपस्थिति दिखाने के लिए चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग ने डॉ. विनीत जैन को अजमेर स्थानान्तरित कर दिया। सूत्रों ने बताया कि यह आदेश अस्थायी थे। 18-19 को निरीक्षण के बाद डॉ. जैन को वापस जोधपुर लगाया जाना था। लेकिन एक सप्ताह बाद भी आदेश जारी नहीं होने से गुरुवार को ओपीडी चल नहीं सकी।
