सौर ऊर्जा से जगमगाएगा जेएनवीयू(Solar energy Jgumgacga Jeenvijo)

जोधपुर. जेएनवीयू को यदि सौर ऊर्जा के प्रोजेक्ट के लिए यूजीसी व सरकार की सहमति मिली तो इसका परिसर सौर ऊर्जा से जगमगाएगा। कुलपति प्रो. नवीन माथुर ने प्रोजेक्ट पर कार्य करने के लिए इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के चार शिक्षकों को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। जयनारायण व्यास विश्वविद्यालय यूजीसी की गाइड लाइन के आधार पर एमबीएम इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज में सौर ऊर्जा के प्रोजेक्ट पर कार्य करने की तैयारी कर रहा है।

विश्वविद्यालय तीन चरणों में प्रोजेक्ट बनाएगा तथा इसके बाद करीब 100 करोड़ रुपए की राशि राज्य व केंद्र सरकार के अलावा यूजीसी से मांगी जाएगी। प्रो. माथुर ने बताया कि शनिवार को वे एमबीएम इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज गए थे। इस कार्य को मूर्त रूप देने के लिए उन्होंने डीन प्रो. अरविंद राय सहित विषय विशेषज्ञ टीम को प्रोजेक्ट बनाने की जिम्मेदारी सौंप दी है। शीघ्र ही प्रोजेक्ट तैयार कर विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन को दे दिए जाएंगे। विश्वविद्यालय इस आधार पर कोष की व्यवस्था करेगा। प्रोजेक्ट के तीनों चरणों की रूपरेखा तैयार कर ली गई है जिसके आधार पर विस्तृत रिपोर्ट तैयार की जाएगी।

प्रोजेक्ट के दौरान यदि जरूरत पड़ी तो विश्वविद्यालय के बाहर के विषय विशेषज्ञों की राय भी ली जाएगी। कुलपति ने इस टीम में इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के डीन प्रो. राय, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एंड कम्यूनिकेशन विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो. केएल शर्मा, मेकैनिकल विभाग के पूर्व अध्यक्ष प्रो. राजेंद्र करवा व सिविल इंजीनियरिंग के एसोसिएट प्रो. सुनील शर्मा को भी शामिल किया है। प्रो. केएल शर्मा ने पूर्व में हुए विचार विमर्श के बाद 16 करोड़ रुपए का एक प्रोजेक्ट तैयार कर इसकी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है।

शोध के अवसर बढ़ेंगे : सूर्य नगरी में सौर ऊर्जा में शोध की प्रचुर संभावनाएं हैं। इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए यहां प्रोजेक्ट के पहले चरण में विद्यार्थियों के लिए शोध की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। विषय विशेषज्ञ विद्यार्थियों को सौर ऊर्जा की बारीकियों से अवगत करवाएंगे।

एमबीएम की लैब चलेगी सौर ऊर्जा से : एमबीएम इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के नौ विभागों में कई पॉवरफुल मशीनें व उपकरण लगे हुए हैं। इनके संचालन के लिए विश्वविद्यालय को प्रतिमाह लाखों रुपए का बिजली बिल भरना पड़ता है। प्रोजेक्ट के दूसरे चरण में उपकरणों व मशीनों सहित एमबीएम में इलेक्ट्रिक संबंधी सभी कार्य सौर ऊर्जा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा।

यूनिवर्सिटी चलेगी सौर ऊर्जा से : जेएनवीयू की ओर से प्रतिमाह बिजली बिल के मद में बड़ी राशि का भुगतान किया जाता है। प्रोजेक्ट के तीसरे चरण में जेएनवीयू के सभी संकायों व केंद्रीय कार्यालय सहित सभी छात्रावासों को भी सौर ऊर्जा से चलाने का प्रयास होगा। यदि यह प्रोजेक्ट सफल होता है तो विश्वविद्यालय स्वयं अपनी बिजली के आधार पर जेएनवीयू को जगमगाएगा।

राष्ट्रपति ने सराहा था सोलर पैसिव हाउस : जेएनवीयू के पूर्व कुलपति प्रो. एमएल माथुर ने पूर्व में इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के सामने सोलर पैसिव हाउस बनाया था। इस पर आने वाली सूर्य की किरणों का सौर ऊर्जा के लिए प्रयोग होता है तथा इसका प्रभाव छत पर नहीं पड़ता जिससे सोलर पैसिव हाउस ठंडा रहता है। इस प्रोजेक्ट को राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा पाटिल ने भी सराहा था।

The President had appreciated Passive Solar House: Former Vice-Chancellor Prof. Jeenvijo. Mathur ML Engineering College in the east front of the Passive Solar House was built.
