जोधपुर डीआरएम व टीटीई पर 17000 का हर्जाना(Jodhpur, on DRM and Tetee 17,000 compensation)

जोधपुर. टिकट के बावजूद एक यात्री को रणकपुर एक्सप्रेस के थ्री टायर एसी कोच में यात्रा नहीं करने देना पश्चिम रेलवे अहमदाबाद के टीटीई को तो भारी पड़ा। उसकी इस लापरवाही का खामियाजा उत्तर-पश्चिम रेलवे के तत्कालीन डीआरएम को भी भुगतना पड़ गया। जिला फोरम उपभोक्ता संरक्षण ने इसे सेवा में कमी करार देते हुए यात्री को 17 हजार रुपए का हर्जाना देने का फैसला दिया है।

जोधपुर में महावीर नगर महामंदिर निवासी ने 30 सितंबर, 06 को अहमदाबाद से जोधपुर के लिए रणकपुर एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन का थ्री टायर एसी का रिजर्वेशन टिकट खरीदा था। रिजर्वेशन कन्फर्म नहीं था। वेटिंग में नंबर-7 पर था। उन्होंने अहमदाबाद स्टेशन पर थर्ड एसी कोच में प्रवेश करना चाहा, लेकिन पश्चिम रेलवे अहमदाबाद के टीटीई पी.एस.चौधरी ने कोच में प्रवेश से मना कर दिया। उन्हें बताया गया वे जवाई बांध स्टेशन पर सम्पर्क करें। इस कारण परिवादी को जनरल कोच में बैठना पड़ा। जोधपुर स्टेशन पर उतरने के बाद परिवादी ने डीआरएम से शिकायत की, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

इस प्रकरण को लेकर परिवादी ने जोधपुर के तत्कालीन डीआरएम, अहमदाबाद के वरिष्ठ मण्डल वाणिज्यिक प्रबंधक और टीटीई चौधरी के खिलाफ जिला फोरम में परिवाद दायर कर 30 हजार 540 रुपए का हर्जाना मांगा। फोरम के अध्यक्ष मुरलीधर वैष्णव व सदस्य श्रीमती विनोद उर्फ वीनू राठौड़ ने दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद वरिष्ठ वाणिज्यिक मण्डल के खिलाफ परिवाद खारिज कर दिया। डीआरएम व टीटीई को आदेश दिया कि वे संयुक्त अथवा अलग-अलग रूप से परिवादी को मानसिक पीड़ा व परेशानी पेटे 15000 हजार रुपए और परिवाद व्यय पेटे 2000 हजार रुपए रुपए अदा करें।
