परेशान लोग, बेपरवाह निगम(Annoying people, heedless Corporation)

जोधपुर। शहर की सीवरेज समस्या को लेकर नगर निगम ने अलग से सीवरेज विंग की स्थापना तो कर दी है, लेकिन समस्या कम होने के बजाय काबू से बाहर होती जा रही है। हालात यह है कि शहर के कई घरों के भूतल में सीवरेज का गंदा पानी भर रहा है और लोगों की शिकायतें कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रही।

जोधपुर में 950 किलोमीटर से भी अधिक लम्बाई में बिछी सीवरेज लाइन के रख-रखाव के लिए निगम के बजट में पृथक विंग बनाने का निर्णय किया गया था। इसके चलते राज्य सरकार ने एडीबी परियोजना के दौरान नई सीवरेज लाइनें बिछवाने व डिजिटल नक्शे बनवाने में अहम भूमिका निभाने वाले जनस्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी विभाग के अधिशासी अभियन्ता महेश शर्मा को सीवरेज विंग का कार्यभार सौंपा था। साथ ही निगम के दो सहायक अभियंता और एक कनिष्ठ अभियंता को भी लगाया गया था। इसके बावजूद भी शहर कीसीवरेज समस्या ज्यों की त्यों बनी हुई है।

यहां सुध लेने वाला कोई नहीं
रिक्तियां भैरूजी चौराहा पर पिछले चार दिनों से सीवरेज समस्या से क्षेत्रवासी और व्यापारी वर्ग परेशान हो रहे हंैं, तो राइका बाग स्थित लाइन चॉक होने से क्षेत्र के कई घरों के भूतल में गंदा पानी भर गया है। वहीं वार्ड 46 के हालात तो ऎसे हैं कि यहां लोगों का पूरा दिन ही पम्प लगाकर पानी निकालने में गुजर जाता है। निगम की सीवरेज विंग और सीईओ को यहां के हालात की जानकारी है, लेकिन अभी तक कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया गया है।

रोज-रोज शिकायत पर असर नहीं
विभिन्न इलाकों में सीवरेज समस्या से त्रस्त लोग परेशान है कि इस सम्बन्ध में कई बार निगम अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों के समक्ष गुहार लगाते हैं, लेकिन ठोस कार्रवाई नहीं होती। वार्ड 46 के रमजान के मुताबिक वे शिकायत करते-करते थक गए मगर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही।

घरों में भर रहा है पानी
राइका बाग क्षेत्र में रहने वाले डॉ. पांडे के मुताबिक, कई दिनों से घर के सामने की सीवरेज चॉक हो जाने से गंदा पानी घरों में भर गया है, निगम अधिकारियों को लगातार सूचित करने के बाद भी कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही।

थक गए शिकायत करते-करते
वार्ड 46 के पार्षद जुबैदा का कहना है कि निगम में शिकायत करते-करते थक गए। कई बार निगम के कार्यवाहक सीईओ को भी अवगत करवाया जा चुका है, लेकिन कोई ध्यान नहीं दे रहा।
