अटक गया काम (Stuck working)

जोधपुर। राज्य सरकार ने जनस्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला को सिविल कार्य के नाम पर बजट में एक पैसा भी नहीं दिया है। इससे प्रयोगशाला में बन रहे हॉल का निर्माण अटक गया है। साथ ही जन विश्लेषक के लिए अलग से दफ्तर, स्वागत कक्ष और सिक्यूरिटी गार्ड के प्वाइंट बनाने की योजना भी ठण्डे बस्ते में चली गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने बजट में जोधपुर की जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला के लिए 90 लाख रूपए स्वीकृत किए थे, लेकिन सप्ताह भर पहले ही राज्य सरकार से मिले बजट में केवल 25 लाख रूपए की ही वित्तीय स्वीकृति जारी की गई। इस बजट में सिविल कार्य के नाम पर एक भी पैसा नहीं दिया गया है, जबकि प्रयोगशाला का काम अभी अधूरा पडा है। स्वीकृत बजट में 14 लाख रूपए प्रयोगशाला उपकरण के लिए, दो लाख फर्नीचर, डेढ लाख ग्लासवेयर वगैरह और दो लाख रोजमर्रा में काम आने वाले रासायनिक पदार्थो के लिए मिले हैं।

इसकी तुलना में जयपुर स्थित प्रयोगशाला को एक करोड पांच लाख रूपए का बजट मिला है, जिसमें 50 लाख निर्माण कार्य के दिए गए हैं।

कैसे मिलेगा एनएबी मानक
जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला को पूरी तरीके से व्यवस्थित करने के बाद इसके नेशनल एक्रीडिएशन ब्यूरो (एनएबी) का मानक मिलने की उम्मीद अटक गई है। यह मानक अब तक राज्य की किसी भी जन स्वास्थ्य प्रयोगशाला को नहीं मिला है। मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थ की बेहतर जांच और प्रयोगशाला में समस्त सुविधाओं के आधार पर यह मानक दिया जाता है।
